Meet Maranda Auzenne
Maranda K. Auzenne is an executive level commercial real estate professional who brings more than 20 years experience in providing strategic leadership for both property and asset management. As a consultant for property and asset management, Maranda is known as someone who sees things differently, thereby coming to good solutions quickly. Her senior leadership background includes experience in all phases of property management including acquisitions, business development, transition, staff onboarding and training, financial and vendor management, policy and procedure development.
Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Property Management at Trademark Property Company, Maranda provided oversight and strategic guidance for Trademark’s national portfolio. Before joining Trademark in 2014, Maranda worked with MG Herring Group for 6 years where she managed a 630k sf lifestyle center through stabilization and disposition. Prior to her venture into retail property management, Maranda worked with Ryan, LLC, a Dallas based international accounting consulting firm, where she was the National Director of Operations. At Ryan, Maranda oversaw the operations of 28 Class A office locations across the US and Canada, including office site selection, lease negotiation, space design, and construction oversight.
An advocate for women and diversity in Real Estate, she is a strategist and retail influencer who speaks regularly in support of the shopping center and commercial real estate industries.
Maranda believes strongly in community service and volunteerism. She is a City Councilwoman in Cedar Hill, TX and active within CRE industry. She is currently the Texas State Chair and Marketplace Council Director for TX, OK and AR and previously served two years as the Chair of the Red River States Conference & Deal Making.
Maranda is a Past Chair, of the Best Southwest Partnership, a regional organization representing 12 member cities in creating environments that are conducive to economic development in Southern Dallas County, served five years as a Planning & Zoning Commissioner in her city.
Maranda has recently been nominated for the Women of Influence Award 2024 which honors women in commercial real estate. She is a 2023 recipient of The Dallas Business Journal’s Influential Women in Business, Connect Media’s Women in Real Estate Award, GlobeSt 2021 Retail Influencer, Leadership Southwest Distinguished Leader Award, Woman of the Year and several leadership acknowledgements. She holds a BS, Human Relations and Business from Amberton University.
